The Bucks County Cranksgiving presented by Bike Works returns for its eleventh annual installment on Sunday November 5th, 2023. Since 2012 our community has donated 109,000 pounds of non-perishable grocery items to the Bucks County Housing Group's food pantry. 9% of our neighbors and 16% of our county's children face daily food insecurity and BCHG's food pantries are a safety net for them. In-person registration begins at 9 AM and the ride begins by 10 AM from Central Bucks West High School (375 W. Court St., Doylestown, PA 18901) from the student/faculty parking lot. Our friends at Backyard Beans Coffee Company will be on-hand for pre-ride motivation. Lunch will be provided at CB West post-ride. As always, the ride includes a 28 mile, self-guided route that encompasses three local grocery stores. Riders purchase non-perishable grocery items and place them in a box truck provided by our friends at the Fred Beans Auto Group for transport to the Bucks County Housing Group Food Pantries.
